THE CONCEPT

In a rural area of Japan, there lives a pair of twins, a brother and a sister named Mikko and Nikko. Mikko and Nikko both love journaling, writing and doodling in their notes when they were younger. As they grew up, only Mikko continued journaling and eventually making her own stamps and exhibiting them in an exhibition their parents created for them. While on the other hand, Nikko always give critics and a helping hand to take care of the exhibition.One day, Mikko thought of inviting 32 people to do their journals along with her and Nikko. As a cat lover, she thought of using a black cat on the logo and representative to the program. She wanted to ask Nikko to come along but she knew he wouldn't be agreeing to it if it’s only the animal cat included. Prior to that and knowing that her twin is naive, sometimes, Mikko tricked Nikko telling him that dogs will also take part in it. He immediately agreed with a pinky promise. One thing for sure, he can’t take it back.Tricked by Mikko, Nikko had to keep the program going with her and take part in journaling along with the visitors.

1. This temporary 10-days agency operates 100% in English.2. This agency only accepts MVRP and OCRP who speak in English ONLY.3. All stars from all countries are allowed to join, as long as your muse is allowed to be portrayed and not a pro-Israel.4. The limit to your account's following shall be under 500.5. The admins strongly forbid the usage of other languages and references that can't be universally understood. No offensive jokes or circle-in-circle please, we will spank you.6. The members NEED to use his or her OC name as much as possible during their participation in the agency.7. Inactive members will be given a warning before immediately expelled if there is no reply after 24 hours.8. Any rules violation will cause you to get a warning from us.9. Since this agency only operates for 10 days, please avoid a long hiatus and if it is unavoidable, 1-2 days short break will be accepted with further considerations.10. Let the admins know when you're about to make any changes to your account (changing username, faceclaim, a temporary swapping, suspended or deactivating).11. It is advisable to let the admins know if you are uncomfortable or in need of help regarding anything that revolves around the agency.
